You can become a Charter member by registering for membership between now and May 1^st, 2009. Black Spending Power Consumer Membership Association will debut May 1st, at the 2009 Los Angeles Black Business Expo. Membership fee will then increase to $24.95 thereafter. Charter members will always be the first to get special offers, receive special gifts and maintain a preferred status which will give you the key to a variety of membership benefits first.

Charter members eligible to participate in the Grand Prize offerings as a result of them meeting the qualifications stipulated in the membership drive (i.e. agreed to participate in 4 surveys and registered 10 of their friends to Black Spending Power). Registration is restricted to individuals only. Business entities can not acquire membership in Black Spending Power because this is a consumer membership association (for business opportunities, please refer to the BSP Merchant Program).
